Continues to bill me for no product

I put an order to get a free trial offer with $1.99 shipping cost. They delivered additional products used to donot purchase. I had been advised to deliver them back. I did so but never got a credit. I observed this month that I've another cost for that merchandise but used to do not purchase additional item. Main point here - the $1.99 item has cost me $39.95 the very first month and today $44.90 the 2nd month. Just how can they proceed to cost for item they've not offered me. How do you have it to prevent?
