Billed by credit without permission

I requested a " free Test" I taken care of the delivery with my charge card. I terminated any future deliveries. They charged my card anyhow and didnot send the merchandise.

I approached them within an email and named them. They stated to come back my income. They've not. It has been since July of 08. I'm no further able to achieve them. None of the figures I've function.
