Have not received refund for returned items

I delivered the Hoodiastar, hoodiaburst and Hoodiawater in under seven days. I've a verification of shipping of items. I've not received a credit for that products and also have been billed another $71 for more products haven't requested, or obtained. I'd like my cash delivered to my charge card. I've tried calling the client support quantity, but haven't had the opportunity to achieve anybody. Easily don't obtain my cash, I'll record the corporation towards the BBB.
