Purchase assoc. Charged me for a product which was free, I recognized that after I got home. Named the shop (I reside 1/2 time apart) she insisted that she couldn't credit my card within the telephone and that I would need to push back there. It wasnt that she was unpleasent, she simply wouldnt move that additional action for exemplary customer support when I would anticipate a business like Alta might. I'll not store there again. I will also make sure to tell-all of my clients, pals and anyone that'll hear about my exprience.
