I did not "join" a club when I agreed to pay only $4,99 shipping and handling for teeth whitening sample.

The next month my credit card was charged for $88.97 and when I called you to complain, I was told to go to this web site to complain. I would like my account credited immeditately as I did not authorize this charge. I read your entire ad before sending off for the sample.

I want to be called and told when you are crediting my account.
