They overcharged my credit card without my consent

After i required the free trial container, as advertised in cosmo, the guy who responded stored attempting to sell me an entire container. Fundamentally, he dropped it down to 39.00 for that one - month supply container. I frequently asked him "our card will only be charged 39.00? No delivery, no handling, no nothing, 39.00 actually?" and each time he responded yes. Recently i looked over our accoutn online and that i was charged 49.90.
