Nevertheless, I created a mistake about the purchase and so I named December 3, to fix the mistake and was informed the purchase was not within the program nevertheless, that it requires 24 hours. I called again Dec 4, informed purchase not in program, requires 48 hours.

Called again Dec 5. Nevertheless not in program, informed it requires 72 hours. Named again Dec 6, nevertheless not in program, informed they do not understand why.
