Unauthorized debt to my account

I recently ordered a free trial of the acai berries tablets and just needed to pay shipping and handling for them that was $3.95. Well at least that's waht they said it was obtained from my account november. 15 2008 as well as in dec they debted my account for $87.13 and that i didn't purchase some of this product and haven't received the product. They falsley debted my account and that i have called a lawyer about that issue i've tried to call the inch-866-870-0692 quantity they provide and noone will answer it's an answering machine getting calls that is deceptive and so i guidance everybody available never to fall for this fortunetly our attorney will be dealing with this matter rather than me. Buyer beware of this matter
