Unauthorized charges to my credit card

I requested a free sample, authorized the payment of shipping and handling fees $5.11 was deducted from my Canadian money account on 30 October; then a deduction was made on 17 November from IP_SUPPLEMENTS4MYBODY of $112.22 in Canadian dollars and a few days ago a deduction was made on 1 December from PRICELIMBO.com of $10.88 in Canadian funds. I only authorized the one free sample shipping and handling.
