I also ordered the "trial" version for $1.95 then next month i'm charged $39.95 & YOU CANNOT reach these people by phone start calling 6am mtn time & you still get msg that waittime is 60 minites. Don't bother emailing they don't answer—I rec'd another shipment & was charged prior to receiving item—can't get ahold of them. On 12/2 they have a new website if you can't wait the 85 minutes—www.getorderhelp.com—i tried it & we'll see but i still cannot get a return authorization # to send this back—I wonder if oprah knows about this fraud
