Money still being taken out of bank

Ordered wi -yu tea from offer on website saying only pat postage $4,95 did thid and when goods came didn't agree with me so e-mailed them and told them not to send any more and to cancel the charge from lean machine this was back in jly I have constantly tried to get to them by e-mail to cancel the charge as it is still being taken from my bank every month plus £1 oversea transaction charge I have been in bank to ask them if they can not release money to them as it is a scam they told me I will have to try and contact them myself first this is impossible as i have't got address the bank said the only way I can stop it is by closing down the account and opening up another account can you help me in any way regards
