Unauthorized charges

I was charged a fee of $4.95 twice in November. One was Nov 3rd from what appears to be from Nevada (NV) and the 2nd was from Nov 28th from Iowa (IA). Both were named as Web Access. These charges were unauthorized and I was told when I reached someone at the phone number (1 800 281-9006) that this was for Insider Secrets or online weight loss tips and I was told that I ordered these from the Wu-YI Tea product online site and I was charged $9.95 w/o my knowledge for a trial period. I was supposed to have recv'd an email to get this info and did not get any emails at all re: this info. I spoke with Robert with Comprehensive Weight Loss and was told the $9.95 was non-refundable after a time period and I told him that I knew nothing about this issue. What can I do to get my refunds of $4.95 taken twice from my bank acct from the above 800 phone number?
