Endless waiting and total absence of professionalism

Truly dull and non professionnal service. I've requested a personnalized necklace. 3 months later, after many tentatives to get hold of them-and not many reaction. They ultimately explained that I'll be reimbursement since the deal CAn't be finishes.

I had been reimbursement. But all of the countless waiting and complete lack of professionalism of the organization make me ill. No after-sales support & most of my email were unanswered or answered after 2 to four weeks. Absurd therapy to get a returning client like I had been.
