Unfair business practices

I requested Acai real like a test for 4.95 online on 11/13/08. Before I really could finish the deal to inform them where you can deliver the merchandise, we were stop. They charged me anyhow and wouldn't react to their 800# or two emails that I delivered. Our Pursuit bank card is managing this and also have explained that it's being managed using the business agency. I really hope that businesses such as this are halted.
