Unauthorized charge to credit card

I'd requested an example of the Acia Berry and was billed for another purchase that used to do not publish. I've attempted many times to get hold of the company and was informed the delay period was roughly one-hour. I'd like my money-back and that I am returning the entire container of the item. I've terminated my card and certainly will not be purchasing their merchandise anymore. This in my opinion is known as scam. Any help could be appreciated. Thanks
