Non-delivery of merchandise

I ordered a duplicate watch in the View Cartel in early July but didn't get the view that I requested. I approached them-and they decided with me concerning the difference and decided to change it. It was delivered and got a they had acquired it. The alternative was presumably delivered but I never received it. It got me nearly per month to obtain them to react to my efforts to get hold of them-and they decided to deliver me a different one. The specific design wasn't being produced but I had been guaranteed they had situated the correct elements to create me a brand new one. I had been in telephone contact many times within the subsequent months, whilst the elements were being collected and constructed. I've nevertheless not obtained my view and also have been not able to obtain a reaction from their store via telephone or mail going back 6 months. I am really dissatisfied, as I'd formerly created a purchase from their store and had excellent customer support.
