Item fell apartafter 2 weeks use - bidz refuse to refund

On 7th July I purchased a gold and pearl ring from bidz.com. During the last 12-15 weeks I've invested over $12,000 with bidz.
After I resold this band, my client delivered it in my experience after 14 days. The environment had damaged & the jewel had dropped out. There have been no indications of mistreatment. And, it wasnot the very first time I Have had bidz products delivered in my experience simply because they had fallen aside in an identical way. Actually, it has occurred atleast 8 times.
I asked to get a reimbursement or even the band to become fixed, bidz declined since it was outside their 14-day return interval. I subsequently responded for their response and received no reaction. I delivered another 2 emails & nevertheless received no reaction. They clearly determined it is more straightforward to dismiss me.
I subsequently published them a notice and delivered it for them. I obtained a telephone call 2-3 months after delivering the notice. Again, the reimbursement was declined. I actually described that I'd no further purchase from their website again but still these were pleased to not return my $27
Today I've submitted the problem towards the Californian ATTORNEY-GENERAL. I'll publish again having a reaction.
Bidz jewelry is poor quality & bidz have horrible customer support. They do not appear to treatment if their clients are disappointed. They are simply pleased to maintain promoting their garbage jewelry using their around -listed proposed retail costs, that are a fraud.
