Cancellation of orde

On Oct. 13th I ended my purchase. On Oct. 14th the organization charged my charge card.

Used to do not obtain any product for thise cost.

I call ed the organization plus they explained their computers were along, buth they required all of the data and stated I'd be acknowledged in three times.

On Oct. 29th I obtained the item used to do not need.

I tried utilizing their site that will be no longer working. I then named their telephone number. - was on-hold for 3 0 moments - andthen a saving arrived on and explained to call-back 24 hours later.

We called the creditcard organization and place a set for the cost.

They also haven't noticed in the organization.

I do want to return this product, however they claim I want a RMA number.

That we havee to obtain in the organization. How do I do that, without having to be ready to obtain touching them

Easily can't achieve them within the next couple of days. My only move to make would be to enter contact using the Better Business Office.
