Charged for product not just shipping as stated on email

We ordered the sample Pure Colon 1000 & agreed to pay $4.87 shipping. We did receive the sample but did not order more, however on 10/8/08 we were charged $79.76. I want this charge removed from my account, as we do not like the product. I have a printed copy of the agreement
