I orderde A TOTALLY FREE test. 8/06/08 my bill was billed $74.95,8/26/08 $5.95. I subsequently ended the purchase, that we never requested within the first-place!!! Today I get my next bank record, again on9/8/08 $74.95 wiytdrawl from TE EFFICIENCY and again 9/26/08 $5.95. How would you get these folks to prevent??? Pam
