This is actually the mail I delivered to their CS office requesting them to mai me a refund:

"I was buying up some item at your 3250 Sardis Church Road Buford (E), GA 30519 salon today. Although I had been patiently awaiting the stylist to complete cutting somebodyis hair I noticed a unique published:

"2 for $28 US / $35 CAN Biolage, boost or sleek. Look Liters / Litres Save up to US/. 90 CAN"

I thought I'd picked up the best dimensions before stylist called me-up. Both items were $14.95 & $14.00 - so that they weren't those on unique. While she got off the telephone I questioned her when the big containers (liters) were exactly the same cost whilst the people I purchased. She went to the indication, misread it & stated that I'd those that were on unique. I expected her to ring them up since I had been particular she was mistaken.in the place of buzzing them up, she kept taking a look at the check and stated she "appeared them up about the discount checklist, and they are not on the website."

I had been angry that she'dnot simply ring them up when I politely requested. There is another client waiting, but I'd previously waited nearly five units while she was reducing somebody's hair.

I thought really disrespected - and today I'm cheated. With gasoline costs the things they are & provided the truth that I'm not purchasing the product in a mall, but a WalMart - I'm clearly worried about the additional price of operating back again to a location were the team are therefore unprofessional to request a reimbursement that we might or might not get."
