Never received sample

On 8/17 I requested the 60 tea bags and also to day (9/11/08) I've not gotten them. They've billed my card using the 4.95 and today the 59.95.

I'm calling my lender and having both costs eliminated and certainly will allow everybody understand what a rip-off this really is
