Unauthorized charges

I'm being charged by Wellness Viewers for $19.95/month. I never approved the payment. I came across, however, some of those characters to a different addressee delivered to my tackle stating when I didnot say I didnot need the products or services or whatever it's, that my consideration could be charged.

I really donot understand how they got my consideration, but I've previously reported towards the greater business agency and also the medical culture in Chattanooga, Tennessee where the organization medical representative, Dr. Friesen is situated.
