Unauthorized shipments and charges

I requested an effort dimension of Colon 1000, that we obtained without any bill with no contact information whatsoever. I realized I didnot need the entire dimension that might be arriving easily didnot contact them within 10 times, but thought there could be info with that cargo and that I might look after after that it. There is no-contact data again. While my bank record arrived, I named the telephone number provided with the cost and did not get a solution. I named more than 50 occasions in two times. Lastly I obtained a solution and was informed that I'd approved the cargo and cost with my trial. "Sue" declined to return my cash and educated me that another cargo had been already delivered and that I have been billed another $69.50. That is $149.00 to get a merchandise that I actually donot need, have not exposed, and discover useless. Is there in any manner for me personally to obtain my money returned without involving more costs (i.E. Lawyer). Thanks.
