Exactly what a rip-off! I delivered them 2 bands and that I curently have a published evaluation in the dealers where the things were bought, that we may include... Has been around company nearly 35 years and it is well-respected. They wrote me back and stated the bands were 12 E platinum, not 14K, that will be not the case and they weren't pearl and diamonds! Then you can certainly keep in touch with the fools in customer support... Who've no idea where they actually function or the things they do
