Credit card charges!

The e-mail I obtained from TriClear was to get a free trial offer, just pay delivery, also it could be for thirty days. Three months later I get charged $69.95 for this free item. After I named they stated I'd just 2 weeks to stop to avoid getting charged. The amount they offer for concerns is just a 3rd party organization and it is not TriClear. This consultant stated there have been no administrators, she wasn't permitted to provide me TriClears organization phone number or perhaps a real address.
