I ordered a replica watch from this company on the 17th of Dec. 2007. There website www.exactreplicas.com states that all orders will be shipped within 24 hrs. Well it has been 4 wks and I have contacted them EVERY day either by phone or em's only to be told EVERY time that my item would ship within 7-10 days. I have repeatedly asked for my money back but as of yet to no avail. I would tell everyone to think twice about buying anything from this company. They seen to go to great lengths to ignore your complaints, em's and of course phone calls.
