I registered to get a 7-day free trial offer of weightwatchers.com soon after Holiday. Well I was not using the PC to get a day or two and also the the next time I examined my mail was two nights after, and I'd a contact stating that I was billed $65.00 I Have sent weightwatchers customer care numerous occasions, and they'll not move. I have confronted them using the BBB but that does not make a difference for them. I have also tell them we are arguing the cost through our charge card organization, however they do not appear to treatment. They began at refunding us $18.10, then, because based on them "Nevertheless, although it isn't our plan, customer support is essential to us and we've been approved to credit your consideration for $35.05. This credit addresses your membership cost-less the non refundable $29.95 sign up charge. The Membership Contract identifies the sign up charge is non refundable. That is clearly a quotation obtained straight in one of the numerous emails I have receieved from their website. The thing is, no-where about the free 7-day test does it note this "register charge". This can be a fraud, basically. I'dnot suggest weightwatchers.com to anybody.
