Unfair practices!

I ordered the free trail of Hoodia Fusion. After receiving shipment and reading the precautions (which should be posted with the offer), I can not take this product due to Thyroid disease. I have since received 2 more shipments after I emailed the company 3 times. I noticed a ph # on the pkg. And called. I explained why I can't take it, they canceled my "subscription" but refuse to refund the 90 bucks that was taken out of my bank account. I was told that I should have contacted them. I explained that I had sent 3 emails and was told that if I had then an automated email would have been sent back with some kind of reference #. I went into my email account, to sent messages and the ones I sent are not there. They must have some kind of scam on the emails they receive. I was told to simply give it to a friend... This is B.S. Do not order anything from this company.
