NSF check!

I requested jewelry from their store, they charged my charge card 4500.00. Then they delivered me a look for the 4500.00 which returned nsf. Our charge card business after of a year has explained that I can not get my cash back. They wont take my email or telephone calls. I've delivered these details towards the Attorney-General workplace plus they wont react to them. I'm from the 4500.00. So what can I actually do? Please allow me to know.
