Horrible customer service

I buy a new push for my swimming also it survived just fourteen days.intex changed this push with another also it survived just three months.intex subsequently insisted that I deliver back the faulty push to get a alternative that we did at a price of $25.00 for delivery. I required that the boss contact me and so I might examine what choices I'd to prevent a next alternative and also the connected delivery charges. Their customer support division won't let me talk to a boss which I'd get a phone from the boss within 24 hours. It's been four times with no you have named me but still the client support division won't let me talk to a boss. I believe that Intex makes a great swimming general but their pumps and customer support are extremely dubious.
