This post is written as a personal review and account of my experience interacting with Jasharein Jamar Holliday (also known as Jasharein Holliday) and an individual I understand to be a close associate, David Walter Wells, who is connected with JSDL Enterprises LLC. The purpose of this post is to document my personal perspective and experience, and it should be understood as opinion and commentary, similar to a consumer or professional review. It is not intended as slander or defamation, but rather as a record of events as I experienced them.
Over time, I have experienced what I believe to be repeated pressure and contact attempts aimed at convincing me to remove certain posts or statements. From my perspective, these interactions have involved ongoing communication that I interpreted as harassment, as well as comments posted online that appear to be connected to individuals affiliated with the same parties. Based on my observations, some of the comments and online activity seem to be linked to David Walter Wells, who I believe to be closely associated with Jasharein Jamar Holliday. Searching the names “Jasharein Holliday” and “David Walter Wells” online may reveal various posts, comments, or discussions referencing similar disputes or experiences. These patterns led me to believe that some of the commentary may be coordinated or connected to efforts to persuade me to remove my posts.
My experience with these individuals also includes prior collaboration where I believed I had provided assistance or support. From my perspective, the arrangement did not result in the compensation I expected. Instead, disagreements developed, and I felt that responsibility for various issues was placed on me rather than the matter being resolved cooperatively. As a result, I have chosen to share my experience publicly so others understand the context of my concerns.
At this time, I have not been contacted directly with a clear attempt to resolve the underlying issues. If Jasharein Jamar Holliday or David Walter Wells choose to communicate in good faith to address the situation and resolve outstanding concerns, I am open to updating this post to reflect any resolution. My position is straightforward: constructive communication must go both ways. If concerns are acknowledged and addressed, I am willing to cooperate and make appropriate updates.
