Sephora: congrats you're a VIB (just joking!)

My daughter loves makeup, so as a Christmas present I decided to take her Sephora. She had been wanting to become a VIB for a long period of time so I thought that it was would be a nice to take her to buy makeup and thus letting her become a VIB.

Once we checked out, the lady congratulated my daughter For becoming a VIB. My daughter went online and was confused since it still registered as a beauty insider. It has been 5 days and her label still hadn't changed. I called Sephora and a sarcastic lady assisted us.

She told us that my daughter was still a beauty insider and in order to become a VIB she had to have spent $350 a year. My daughter spent $346. My daughter was very upset since she was only $4 away from becoming a VIB. It was sad to see my daughter's hopes risen and then destroyed.

We have switched to Mac. Overall, terrible service. 1552b9a
