Terrible service

I went to the Supercuts in Hackensack nj and they're so called district manager absolutely butchered my sons hair. She was nasty and talked down to me. I've never been so unhappy in my life. When I told her how disappointed I was she didn't care and still charged me. I had to wait 45 minutes for my son to look like a monk.
