Went in for cut and color. The stylist also pushed for a few highlights, which I did. I asked for a shoulder length bob and what I got was a stack 3 inches above my shoulders! She did not section my hair for the cut resulting in unevenness all around. The color was ok at best. While the highlights processed the owner came in and carried on a lengthy conversation with my stylist in the back room. Because of this, I over processed and a toner had to be applied at MY EXPENSE! Still the highlights turned out orangy... Not caramel! I'm not the kind of person to make a scene or initiate a confrontation, so I just paid and left. Hope this review helps someone else make a better decision on where to go to spend $120!
