Out of Ground Turkey for three (3) weeks in a row. (Mobile, Alabama)

I have been a sams's club member for more than 15 years, and I have not seen the store in Mobile, Alabama like this,
I was at Sam's club on 2/24, store was out of ground turkey meat and Salmon.
I went shopping the following week to find again that the store was out of ground turkey meat, steak, and salmon. 3/3/13
Today, I went to your store to find again that the ground turkey meat was missing. So I went ahead and asked if there was a shortage of ground turkey meat and the lady said, " I guess we do not order enough." 3/10.
I believe the person in charge of the inventory needs to be notifed or be replaced by someone more experienced in that field.
