Ok... First of all there works 2 ladies that I really like, cause they style my hair really good and they are sweet, one of them is supervisor at that salon. But I came in on Monday morning for a style at around 9:15 am, the girl that is supervisor refused to style my hair and asked me to come back 2 hours later. That's what she said to me: " Can you come back at 11 am, because there 2 of us and she is doing color and we have to have another person cutting hair, so we can not do that for you. We need to have at least 3 people on the floor" SO, first of all felt like I am not important at all as customer, second of all it is NOT MY PROBLEM that they don't schedule 3 people in the mornings. I think I should be important as other customers. I feel like it complete discrimination against me. I really want someone to reply to me and to make so next time I don't get refused to a services just because they don't schedule enough people. I really would understand if a lot of them got sick, or someone quit. I just felt really unimportant. Why other customers more important, or should we be all equal as customers to a business? I still think a that as stylists those two ladies are really good and I like them a lot, but I think I should of not been declined to a services at the time. I also have plans for a day. Please reply to me about this. Thank you
