Our expertise in 2012 with GemstoneGifts.com looks the same as another testers encounter this year - POOR! I positioned and taken care of an order ($234.84) for 3 bracelets from Shirley Gordon at GemstoneGifts.com. Obtained many emails that my purchase have been delivered but never were. Each time I sent her wondering once the bracelets might appear, she'd respond having a various explanations why the bracelets never arrived. Two of the three bracelets I requested arrived 4 weeks after buy and 20 emails later, however the last band I taken care of ($79.95) never did come. I submitted a dispute with my lender/charge card but right now it is previous 3 months since purchase and also the bank refused my challenge. Shirley Gordon/Stone Presents is just a rip off con artist. She's my cash and that I don't have any band. DON'T ORDER FROM SHIRLEY GORDON/STONE GIFTS.com!
