Genetic Defect in Shih Tzu - not living up to contract

I purchased shih tzu with a one year genetic guarantee. Advised Laurie Wood within 48 hours that my vet diagnosed the puppy with inner eyelashes (distachia) and she apologized for the problem. During this communication, she never said this was not genetic. I advised her that the vet would pluck them when he did the spay procedure but if they grew back I would need help paying the medical bills. Now they have grown back, and I am looking at additional vet bills of over $1,000 to have this surgery done so this dog does not face tumors on her eye and pain and now her husband gets involved to tell me they won't live up to their genetic guarantee. Do not buy from this breeder. They do not care about their dogs. I am now reaching out to others who may have had this problem with this breeder. Please respond to me. Thank you.
