Now she's buying kittens that have no papers, they come with no breeding rights and spay-neuter contracts that she lies on (fake name, address, phone, etc) and she's also bringing free kittens from craigslist in to get spayed and plays switch and bait and sends these back to the breeders!

BREEDERS PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED AND ALTER YOUR PETS BEFORE YOU SELL THEM! Tell the people interested that the kitten will be fixed prior to placement! This will hopefully stop BACKYARD BREEDERS!
