Before i ordered my parrotlet i hadcome across some bad reviews of parrotletbirds. This worried me a lot. But i just thought that these Two reviews i read were just customers over reacting and blaming the wrong people.
Anyways i got my little bird about two weeks ago. He came in a good carrier that had food in it and a perch. It was well padded and had all the info, even a packet on how to take care of your new friend with their hatch date on it.

Also when you let Matt know that the bird is in he sends you an email of all the info just in case if for some reason it is not on the carrier. (my bird's flight went from LAX to houston; in houston the flight was delayed twice, which was not Matts fault at all. The third try he finally got on the plane to dallas and arrive there about 6 hrs late. He may have been a little scared at first but he came out of it within min.'s and was playing with toys eatting and drinking.)

Today Tobbie is just fine and i would definently recommend parrotletbirds to anyone.:)
