Sold me a sick English Bulldog pup

Sylvia Snuggs was the vendor/breeder. She explained the feminine English bulldog puppy had a health certification and guaranteed me the puppy was balanced. I bought the puppy also it was sent to me in La on 1/23 on 1/24 I got the puppy to Cypress Animal Clinic and Doctor Rock and Doctor German round identified the puppy with having a Heart Murmur which may be a lifethreatening situation. I approached the breeder by telephone with no solution. I sent her and she is declining to conform. I had been offered the puppy under false pretenses. Ms Sylvia Snuggs the vendor/breeder guaranteed me I had been obtaining a healthy puppy. Her not addressing my phone or answering my voice emails makes it obvious that she understood the puppy was not in a healthy body situation. I need anybody contemplating to purchase a English Bulldog puppy prevent this breeder. It is obvious that she is shady and certainly does not cares about the puppies. She cares more about cash then your wellness of the puppies.
