Worst Service Experience - Terrible Management

I have left two voice mails at the corporate office requesting a call back from your company with respect to the shopping experience I had with your store last weekend (December 17 and 18). As a Director of Customer Service for a large company in Plano, and supporting member of the Dallas small business administration, I appreciate small business and how difficult it can be to please every customer. However, the experience I had at Foxy Paws was exceptional and one I cannot excuse.

This shopping experience with Foxy Paws was my first, and as long as Michelle Lamont is employed there, it will be my last. I have never been so disrespected and mistreated by a store manager. She had no intention of even listening to me or the concerns I had.in fact, she was almost robotic and seemed to take pleasure in the fact that I was growing more and more frustrated with her snide, curt remarks and unprofessional demeanor. As a member of the small business administration and as a member of Jack Russell Terrier association I am appalled by the level of service and will make a point to tell other members of these organizations what a terrible shopping experience I had. I owe others this so that they know to take their business to stores that appreciate their patronage.
