I recently introduced my dog to banfield and registered for that dog plan. I had been never informed any factual statements about the program apart from that which was within the brochure. I wound up not maintaining the dog and went back to us register and obtain my $139 register charge back. I had been advised to contact corporate. Corporate explained I really couldnot have my register charge back and along with it I had been likely to be billed another $111 for that complete retail cost of the providers since I'd overlooked the stop by 3 times!

I left a note to get a boss who never named me back! Nothing was told me before I offered them my ATM information and that I did not get the box of information detailing these guidelines till after I'd really registered and provided them my bank info. I actually donot mind spending money on the providers which were utilized but to maintain the register charge after which cost me full retail after maintaining the register charge is completely incorrect.
