I frequently required horse riding classes with Tricia Aldridge between July and March. Although she appears to be a reliable teacher; my encounter together with her has demonstrated to me that she's a and unprofessional businessperson. Particularly, in September she solicited me to purchase a horse ($400) that she prepared to "switch" in a revenue inside a really short-period of time. Once she bought the horse (for $300), she didn't market the horse but were able to generate cash for himself using the horse for classes. Furthermore, in January I prepaid for 10 personal driving classes ($475).in March Tricia advised me the mount I employed for classes was hurt and wouldn't be accessible to be used for roughly 2 weeks. She agreed to I would like to utilize another mount - at another barn which was two times as far-away from my house. I rejected the present because of the extreme length. 8 weeks afterwards (May), I advised Tricia that I had been pregnant and he or she decided to return me the total amount for that leftover prepaid classes ($285). She also decided to spend me on the horse ($400) because she stated the horse was quickly and he or she desired to maintain her like a barrel racing. It got me one more 2 weeks and several texts for Tricia to ultimately offer incomplete cost - $450 of the $685 owed to me. I've yet to get the rest of the $235 that she owes me (per shared contract) and subsequent repeated reasons for insufficient cost she fundamentally has did not react to some of my efforts to get hold of her (via text messages, e-mail messages, and top class email - she declined licensed notice) since November. Consequently, I've turned to processing case to be able to have the outstanding sum because of me.
