Ms. Soldon offered me a Spanish Water Dog and guaranteed me registration documents. The purchase was in 2008 so that as of my last conversation together with her on 2 December; she nevertheless has not recognized the agreement. Additionally, in January I had been granted view from the nearby area justice to recover the price of my puppy which she's not compensated. Ms. Soldon subsequently shifted to Baltimore but still works under Starlight Kennels. Beware...
