Lied and deceived me on purchase of dog

My shih tzu died a few months ago and I was eager to purchase another. My husband and I decided to purchase a dog rather than puppy to avoid carpet accidents and chewing.
I found a breeder via internet named Becky Drake. She owns sillyshihtzu.com.
Becky spoke to me a long time about the virtues of Kenzi (the dog). She promised the dog was housetrained and also knew basic commands.
I drove 3 hours and the dog was adorable.
I found out quickly that Kenzi was not housetrained. Not only was she not housetrained but she was scared to death of people and would come to anyone. Her behavior was so bewildering I called a trainer for help. She informed me that Kenzi was probably a puppy mill dog and had led a very traumatized life. She was not comfortable in her own skin.
I informed Becky of the situation and she got very angry. She felt that because she bought this dog from another breeder (Shelly Martin, culprmartin@yahoo.com) she had no responsibility toward this poor animal. As I was walking out the door holdng the dog she had me sign a "no guarantee health" paperwork.
I spoke with Shelly Martin (the previous owner) and she explained that when she sold the dog to Becky (sillyshihtzu.com) she informed her that the dog could not be trained and was unmanageable. Becky told her she would keep her as a pet.
Meanwhile I have accrued $720 of expenses for Kenzi. Everything from a rabies shot, eye infection, training, spaying.
Sillyshihtzu.com is a fraud and Becky Drake lied and stole from me. She will not reimburse me for any of the expenses, but I still want others to know the experience I had with her. She should not be breeding nor selling shihtzus.
