Terrible customer focus

Until yesterday I used to think that this place was customer oriented.in this economy you would think that companies would appreciate the continued buisness when there is so much competition from other facilities. Having two dogs that require vaccines, pet grooming, boarding and nail trimmings I used to take them to river bend. Deb the manager usually handles the calls. Although I had heard some complaints from other owners that I had asked I decided to ignore them since I had not had the experience. Yesterday was the first time I had ever met this person and I would have to agree, her lack of customer service and rude behavior turned me off. I agree with other folks-I would never recommend this place and have taken my money/buisness elsewhere. Not sure if she was having a bad day-but no customer should be spoken or yelled at in front of the staff. Unprofessional, rude and needs to take some lessons in customer focus
