Denial Of Services

My Boston Terrier was in the verge of dying because of puppies stuck in canal. I call ed the aspca which had told me to rush her in and that they would assist me with a payment plan. When I arrived at location my dog's calcium level was dropping and all they wanted was a form of payment and denied me services and told me to take the dog home to die. As the Humane Society I think that was inhumane to leave my dog suffering without any care. They also gave me three diffrent pricesand I didn't know which one it would be. I had 700 out of 1500 they were asking for before they even knew if she needed surgery. They wanted more money so at the end they said well she will die if you don't sign ownership over to us. So I had to do that devastating my kids and my self so that she could live and deliver her pups. I think that was so unfair and inhumane I was going to pay but they were very aggressive and wanted payment within 10 minutes. I need help in seeing if I can atleast get my dog back Thank YOu
