I'd an extremely uncomfortable encounter at Petland in regards to a year before. I went in and noticed your dog I needed to purchase. I had been subsequently informed the puppy have been positioned "on-hold" by telephone having a 24 hour waiting time. I had been informed there have been two hours left, of course if the telephone owner did not react/purchase dog at that time, I really could purchase the puppy.
I went home and obtained a phone about two hours later stating the owner hadn't named back and that I might come obtain the puppy. I acquired your dog and waited in a personal space to complete credit info. I waited. After which two supervisors arrived in and I would like to understand your dog had been already "obtained". I questioned concerning the keeping plan, and also the solution was that charge card info had been already pay. I tell them I'd return to the shop following a telephone call. Neither of the supervisors handled me perfectly. I left really annoyed. One worker was so annoyed she named me later utilizing the telephone number I Would quit and explained she believed it had been horrible.
I wrote a notice towards the homeowners of the Petland of Springfield, Mo. I never received any reaction.
